Product Introduction
- Glucoraphanin is a powerful and long-lasting antioxidant, mainly found in broccoli, and is a naturally occurring "glucosinolate" compound. Glucosinolates are enzymatically hydrolyzed by myrosinase to produce biologically active isothiocyanates in the body.
Product Function
Glucoraphanin can be converted into sulforaphane through the action of myrosinase or intestinal microorganisms. Sulforaphane is one of the strongest activators of Nrf2 discovered so far. It can activate various cell protective effects such as detoxification, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory by activating Nrf2.
